Your First Visit

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to complete a New Patient form. 

Initial Examination

Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and performing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your teeth, gyms, jaw and bite, any required x-rays and an oral cancer screening. 

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will create a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

  To book an appointment at Valley Centre Dental Clinic, please contact our office during our regular business hours.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call us. Please notify us about any change in your plans as soon possible, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days before your appointment, you will receive an automated phone appointment reminder from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as you can to let us know.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Yes, all patients may take advantage of the free onsite parking that's available. We are also easily accessible by public transit. 

Insurance & Payment Methods

At Valley Centre Dental Clinic, we'll help you understand our payment options and direct billing to insurance companies so you can look forward to receiving the dental care you need.

• Direct Billing to Insurance

  We do direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically, which results in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.

  Our administrative team can help you understand your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments. 

  Please bring your insurance plan information with you to your appointment.

• Payment Methods

  Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility, and should be paid at the time of your appointment.

  We accept payment by debit, cash and/or most major credit cards.
